What is your core coaching style or approach?

My coaching approach draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and the philosophy of Stoicism.

These approaches help us to explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, actions, and results, while helping you identify patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, so you can take action and move forward.

I’ll use thought-provoking questions and practical strategies to help you gain greater awareness, challenge unhelpful thinking, and develop a more positive mindset and practical steps to achieve your goals.

Who do you usually work with, and what is your specific niche?

Well, I generally work with online entrepreneurs and online marketers, particularly people who are looking to start an online business and create online courses or other digital products. I also work with people who are interested in other online business models, such as dropshipping. So, while I have a particular focus on online businesses and digital products, I’m happy to work with people who are exploring different ways of building an online business.

What relevant training, credentials, or certifications do you hold?

I hold certifications in professional life coaching, happiness life coaching, purpose-driven life coaching, as well as goal setting life coaching, which combined earned me a Master Life Coaching certification.

Do you participate in regular professional supervision to hone your craft?

Yes. Weekly, I sit down with other life coaches through the Transformation Academy. We do practice life coaching sessions and critique each other as we go through the session to help improve our abilities. They critique our coaching, so we can then improve on our skills.

What does a typical coaching session look like?

In a typical coaching session, we’ll clarify your goals and what you want to achieve, look at what’s happening in your life right now, explore your options and possibilities, and identify a clear way forward that you can continue working on after our sessions have finished.

We’ll also look at the situations you’re experiencing, along with the thoughts, emotions, and actions connected to them, and the results they’re producing. This helps us identify patterns that may be holding you back and find ways to create better results.

Throughout the process, I’ll use questions to help you discover your own answers and decide on the steps you want to take.

How do you typically help people reach goals, and can you share an example?

I help clients identify what’s holding them back, whether it’s insecurity, lack of confidence, procrastination, or self-sabotage. We explore what’s behind those challenges and work out practical ways to move forward.

I don’t give you the answers. I ask challenging questions that help you discover your own answers, then we work towards your goals one step at a time.

For example, I once worked with a client who had been procrastinating on an important business task for two years. Through some challenging questions and addressing the misconceptions that were holding her back, she was finally able to complete the task for the first time.

How many sessions do clients usually need, and what is the standard program length?

The standard program runs for six weeks, with one one-hour Zoom coaching session each week. Sessions are available on Mondays or Tuesdays, Australian time, with appointments scheduled according to my available times.

Between sessions, we can stay in touch by email, and you can also use the private Facebook group for support and communication.

You’ll receive an email reminder the day before your session and another on the day of your session.

How do we measure progress and success during our time together?

Once you’ve set your goal, I’ll give you practical tasks to work on between sessions, based on what we’ve discussed and what I believe will help you move forward.

At the beginning of each session, we’ll review your progress and discuss any challenges.

After the six-week program, I’ll follow up with you by email and phone to see how you’re progressing and encourage you to stay on track. You’re also encouraged to share your progress in the Facebook group.

What does the program cost and what is included?

You can choose between one-on-one coaching or group coaching.

One-on-One Coaching: only $300 for the full six weeks of coaching exclusively for the first 50 clients. This provides personalised, one-on-one support focused on your individual goals.

Group Coaching: Only $150, with a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 10 people per group. The small group size means you’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions, receive personalised guidance, and get the support you need.

Both options include weekly worksheets, as well as practical tasks to help you put what you learn into practice.

Do you offer flexible payment plans or pricing options?

At this point, I don’t offer payment plans. I’m currently offering introductory investment for the first 50 clients in each program: 6 weeks of 1:1 coaching for only $300, or group coaching for just $150.

Once I’ve completed coaching with the first 50 clients in each program, the introductory pricing will end and the price will double.

As one of the founding members, and as one of my first 50 clients, you’ll have the opportunity to secure your place at the foundational investment before it increases.

What happens between sessions if I hit a roadblock or need support?

If you run into a roadblock or have a question between sessions, you can email me, contact me through Facebook Messenger, or post your question in the private Facebook group.

I’ll get back to you as soon as I can and provide whatever guidance I can to help you move forward.

The Facebook group also gives you the opportunity to connect with other members. If I’m not immediately available, someone in the group may be able to offer some helpful advice or share their own experience.
